I still bag the cat poop, it is the scoop able kind. The dog is on her own. But! In the city they will fine you if your dog poops and you leave it.

I’m not a cat fan, so my experiences with them is something you want to hear about. I don’t live in a city, but lived close to one once and nobody picked up dog crap.
It seems an odd thing to do.
