I simply can’t imagine with our technology that someone can just climb the fence, run across the lawn, and wander around the White House.
I’ve seen the ID technology we had when I retired a dozen years ago, and with it you could pick out a bunny rabbit at a couple thousand meters in the dark. And that technology wasn’t really intended for intruder alert.
No way they don’t have a dozen years of progress and specifically designed intruder alert equipment in the fence, the yard, the building, the sky, the trees, etc.

it seems like it is all theater - including the recent jumper incidents.
These people are good at organizing criminal acts, concealing evidence, destroying evidence, etc.
What throws them off is something that they didn’t orchestrate like the lady in the car who was shot near the white house.
