That is a pointless question. These inbred, goat-loving reprobates called ISIS wouldn’t be so successful without massive support from The people of Iraq and Syria.. The civilian population is complicit in the success of ISIS and they need to pay the price. Carpet-bombing is the remedy for this disease.
It is not a pointless question: there are people there who did not vote Democrat, but ISIS gained power against their will.
Once one has no conscience and no judgment, one is no better than ISIS. At least ISIS has some complex criteria for evaluating who should die, even if it is immoral, whereas your criteria seems to simply be geographic.
