If they were to spend more time on the TRACK or other sporting adventures, the problem would get a step up in curing itself.
You don’t see any ‘fat’ kids on decent ball teams.
Maybe a couple with baby fat that could be shed, but for the most part, the kids are ‘skinny’ - but they do run, they do exercise and are not ‘couch potatoes 24/7.
Teach the basics, end regular school earlier. offer more advanced courses in literature and whatever, sort of like “clubs” and then make everyone choose a sport whether it is Netball or Squash or something that takes place after all the other classes.
