Why didn’t we see all this fawning coverage when Bush’s daughter had a baby? If the media have decided that grandchildren of former presidents are so newsworthy, why do they ignore certain ones and give lots of coverage to others???

The children of Republican presidents are only considered newsworthy when they depart from conservatism on some issue, as when the elder Bush twin came out for gay marriage, or when both daughters declared that they were not Republicans but independents.

And both the Bush twins are way better looking than Chelsea, but you'd never know it from press reports.
