A good portion of Miami-Dade looks like that. There are a few nice areas, but for the most part, the county is one giant dump.
Nothing looks like it’s been cleaned, painted, or landscaped since the 1960’s.

Yep...pretty swanky. And the school sign so close to the club...this just screams that an eleven-year-old would be partying at the establishment.
