Valid point.

But the question I have regards the available workforce.

We have a scary number of people below 30 who, for a practical purposes, have never been genuinely employed. How many of these people are interested in working, would show up every day? Even low skill jobs require a desire to work, dependability and an interest in doing a good job regardless of the complexity of the duties.

My father always said that any work was honorable if you were willing to do your best and have pride in that effort. I’m not sure there’s much of that around.

I agree.

I know many who NOW think eight hours a day, five days a week is too much. (And...are proud of that view.)
