White liberal elites have (through their 'programs') made black men useless to black women. And susceptible to the evils of Islam.
Often black women marry the State or the Disability office... To make matters worse, employed black women count as 'twofers' for affirmative actions statistics ( 1 for being a woman AND 1 for being black) - knocking out black men from the job market.
