As someone said, the Europeans will never forgive the Jews for The Holocaust.
I think for some, perhaps many, Europeans, the repugnance for the Holocaust is not due to the fact that it happened but to the fact that it was broadly publicized, thus exposing them for the hypocrites they are.
For some, the belief exists that “the Jews deserved what they got.”
