I have eaten at McDonalds all over the world (Sharm el Sheik, Egypt was the cleanest and freshest and they brought the food to your table!) and the quality was reproducible to a very high degree. You can't do that worldwide without very specific quality control. I happen to like the food and I don't eat there three meals a day.
Are there some bad people n every walk of life? Sure. I've always tried everything once and twice if I like it.
One of the best meals I have had was from a roadside stand in the mountains of Puerto Rico with goats and chickens walking through the place as they served a very busy lunch crowd. Yum!
