Just curious. Is any Freeper in the area on an actual scanner with the locals programed in? Or are these internet feeds of the PD radio comms? IOW actual comms? or a hack?
The link is to a feed of the actual scanners. The “price” to listen to it is to periodically have a short “commercial”. Those interruptions are short and relatively far between.
So this is as good as you get unless you’re local using your own scanner.
The broadcastify scanner is an existing feed from prior to the Brown incident, but doesn’t have the riot channels on it.
