It's amazing how many people take themselves so seriously, that they are wound too tight.
I thought both jokes were funny and chuckle worthy.
The fact that my wife parallel parks better than I do, doesn't prevent me from joking about her driving. Nothing sexist about it.

How about a non-controversial Obama joke?
A man dies and arrives in heaven. As he stood in front of St. Peter at the Pearly Gates, he saw a huge wall full of clocks as far as the eye could see.
He asked, "What's with all the clocks?"
St Peter answered, "Those are the lie clocks. Everybody who arrives here has one assigned. Every time you lie, the hands on your clock moves.
The man looked around and asked, "Whose clock is that?"
"That's Mother Teresa's. The hands have never moved, indicating that she never told a lie."
"Incredible," said the man "And whose clock is that one?"
"That's Abraham Lincoln's," replied St Peter, "The hands only moved twice, telling us that Abe told only two lies in his whole life."
"Where's Barack Hussein Obamas?"
Oh, Barack's clock is in Sarah Palin's rec room. She's using it as a ceiling fan"
