So, when a irish person flies a Irish flag on St Paddy’s day, he is pledging for Ireland?
Or When I fly my Imperial German Flag, I am loyal to the Kaiser?

No in both cases as those people are not trying to colonize the U.S. What are the Irish and German equivalents of La Raza?

If you do not have the American flag above it... and that flag is of an existing country,, yes. A flag is not just a piece of celebration cloth or a toy to wave on a holiday, , it represents a COUNTRY, not a HOLIDAY!!! Many people immediately associate an Irish flag or a german flag with that COUNTRY. But flying a wwI flag of WWI Germany doesn`t represent any COUNTRY coz it no longer exists and neither does the Weimar Republic nor NAZI Germany...
Flags ain`t fun things nor toys nor holiday colors, but serious representations of COUNTRIES.>
