A man who police say was likely an unfortunate bystander was shot and killed Friday, and another man was wounded, during a drive-by shooting in a residential North Miami Beach neighborhood.
Police said the man killed was Kyron Richmond Elderly, 49, who some witnesses said appeared to be mowing his lawn across the street from a group of people who may have been targeted.

They need to try harder down there. Chicago's weekend off to a running start. 14 shot, 2 dead (there was one more after he wrote this log) and a 3rd trying hard to join the recently deceased club

Just to explain that, 59/Damen means it took place at 59th Street and Damen Ave, an 041A is an aggravated battery with handgun, and an 0110 is a homicide. Times are in the left column, military time.
