The article states that family and neighbors were all interviewed and there was no hint of an affair and both the brother and wife passed polygraphs. The only ones spreading this nasty rumor are:

1) Ambulance chaser attorney Joshua Price who has been trolling the neighborhood trying to convince people to file frivolous suits against the police to make a quick buck

and,

2) knee-jerk cop haters whho will jump on anything to smear police to try to make them look bad

Then why arrest the innocent husband and haul him away in cuffs immediately? The denials are worth zero, zilch, nada.

Actually I think the attorney has a good point. There is no constitutional justification for the lockdown any more than there was one in Boston. Some civil disobedience and lawsuits are clearly called for.

Adults have the right to assume that kind of risk and the police do not have the authority to stop us.
