We got that introduced into the American lexicon in the late 90's.

I grew up in Oregon and imbibed a loathing of Packwood with my mother’s milk, and am afraid that any reference to him immediately focuses my mind on something other than the topic on hand. He was the impetus for me leaving the GOP the first time.
