If you have a solution that keeps potheads off the road, I’m all in.
But if you don’t, and you don’t IMO, I’d rather the drug money not go to the cartels.

What’s the difference between a drunk driver & a stoned driver?
A drunk driver will blow right past a stop sign, while a stoned driver will sit & wait for it to turn green.
