What Lowes should do is state that they will start selling 2x4’s that really are 2” x 4” and then calculate the extra trees that will have to die each year to make that happen. Put out ads showing the plaintiff’s face saying that X-million extra trees will die every year for this guy.
nobody wants a 2X4 that is 2X4. If you are adding or remodeling a building that is less than a hundred or so years old, you will want the same size lumber that was used in the original construction.Fully 2X4 material is still available but you must ask for it and pay extra for it....
