Holder being nominated to SCOTUS would make for a very nasty confirmation hearing.
Supposedly the Dems didn’t eliminate the filibuster for SCOTUS nominees, but then again there weren’t any vacancies when they did that.
Let’s pray SCOTUS stays as is until the next POTUS.
