With some lunatic 'swinging a gun' you shoot "BEFORE" they unload as these shooters did and killed people
Keep your guns in the holsters and everybody will be fine unless you need to use them....this guy should not have been swinging around a gun in a public place either...and he fooled the young adults there in Norway,... who didn't think he was going to fire either
and this 17 yr old shot five kids killing three swinging his gun in a school...they didn't know he was going to shoot either.
same with this guy....who'd of thought?
