• The guy did not deserve to be killed but he was playing on the Interstate and should have expected to be killed.
• I never heard the guy making the 911 call say he was watching surveillance video and dispatch never asked. Why wasn't she concerned about his safety?
• Why didn't the caller evacuate the store? Why didn't the dispatch tell him to?
• When the caller saw people in the dumbasses proximity, who were apparently not afraid, why didn't he suspect and report the possibility that the guy might not be a threat?
