So what do you do when you have a rifle slung at your chest when an officer of the law commands you to drop it? He gives you one second to comply.

IMO, they are all dumb-asses. What are you going to prove walking into a Starbucks to get coffee holding an AR 15? I can tell you right now if I am in a Starbucks and some guy walks in with an AR 15, I am not going to feel uncomfortable. I don't know if he is making a political statement or he is some whack job that is waiting for.the right time to start spraying bullets everywhere. Again, these people are NOT helping the cause. They just make it worse and put companies in a no win situation. If these people want to walk into stores with a holster sidearm they probably don't get much notice. But walking in with an AR 15 or other type assault rifle into a coffee shop or grocery store it makes people uncomfortable and that is not right.
