Not in today’s world....things have changed....why do you think far more people are carrying?... It sure isn’t so they can shoot at police.
People recognize “idiots” who should be in mental institutes, which we don’t have anymore, are running on the streets if they’re not already in prisons...and they could care less who they shoot or where....
Our society is not what it once was...it’s twisted and perverted, where good is thought as evil and evil good, or at least tolerated when it shouldn’t be.
If more of these dingbat teens and young people knew they’d get shot on the spot they may just “think” first before doing the stupid and foolish stuff they do.
If the cops can’t distinguish between someone talking on the phone and a real threat, you have lousy - and dangerous - cops.
No excuse.
