I’ve heard tell that S TX rancher’s leave their doors unlocked, when they’re away. They know the illegals will just break in, and destroy everything, so they leave it unlocked....to incur less damage.
Sad, sorry and sick....what’s become of our *laws*.
Leave the door unlocked...with a tripwire and a Claymore attached to it. That will be the last house Jose breaks into
It’s the Code of the West. Ranchers/farmers all over the West pretty much don’t lock their houses. First in case someone needs help no need to make it difficult. Then, minimize damage from hoodlums. Finally, most of my friends/family have their guns with them——that makes getting caught robbing risky.

REALLY? Come on, now...you mean to tell me, that Texans may not be “tougher than a boot” anymore?
What gives? Because, Texans could be teaching those fearless thugs that, in life...there are certain things that will “breed” fear in a man...no matter WHO that man may be. Since mankind’s ‘Fall’, the line between right and wrong, true and false, and good or bad has been blurred. No, I take that back. ERASED...is what I meant. But, one must reason with self and decide what “right” and ‘wrong’ truly are, and choose one...or the other.
