The military has a biothreat mission. Working in a hot zone in Africa will be good training for when they need to work in Atlanta or Nashville or LA.
Yes it is risky, but better to do the learning curve over there.
That is what I have come to realize.
If our Army can't take on this mission, then we are announcing to the terrorists, that we are hopeless in the face of bio threats, and that is all they need to control our military and International affairs, and of course, bring it to our cities.
We don't want to elevate bio agents as the nuclear option to us.
