Our very own SBA has focused on foreign persons and assist with loans for say, motels , beer and smoke shops and the like . After leaving the service I approached the SBA in Boston to get my roofing company going ...I brought a business plan with all costs and potential earnings and was told straight away they would not help with an initial loan....but these people from say Pakistan, India and the like bring a little cash from a T-shirt factory at home and get the ball rolling with the help from the SBA obtaining LOANS. They then use the illegals and the cash flow begins...Connecticut is a hub for people from India who overtake run down motels ...this is why you see so many working these types of businesses ....nice federal government we have huh?
