Why the police say there is no threat.
1. The individuals in question belong to a privileged, government-approved victim group and can do no wrong.
2. When the individuals rape and murder normal people the police will be exempt from responsibility, due to point # 1.

Police did not say they posed no threat as the headline reads. A spokesperson read something he was told to read by a politician.
