The Talk Shows
September 21st, 2014
Guests to be interviewed today on major television talk shows:
FOX NEWS SUNDAY (Fox Network): Reps. Peter King, R-N.Y., and Adam Schiff, D-Calif.
MEET THE PRESS (NBC): Sens. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., and Chris Murphy, D-Conn.; Michael Mullen, former Joint Chiefs of Staff chairman.
FACE THE NATION (CBS): Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif.; Rep. Mike Rogers, R-Mich.
THIS WEEK (ABC): Samantha Power, U.S. ambassador to the United Nations.
STATE OF THE UNION (CNN): Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair.
King O and his band of marauders still haven’t cracked the code to the hurricane machine.
Stumbled into a local radio replay of MTP...
The segment premise was how there’s a groundswell(?) in Republican states by citizens to abandon “tax-cut fever” in favor of raising taxes to balance budgets & support necessary services.
Changing the channel after a few wasted minutes, I was reminded why I don’t watch these DNC campaign ads ;)
Thanks for thread A.B. Much appreciated. I got started late also.
FOX NEWS SUNDAY (Fox Network): Reps. Peter King, R-N.Y. - MEGA RINO - why watch - do not forget out best Minority 1%er
MEET THE PRESS (NBC): Sens. Ron Johnson, R-Wis. - Does this duffus stand for anything these days?
FACE THE NATION (CBS): Rep. Mike Rogers, R-Mich. - MEGA RINO - did not succeed in un-electing MR Amish
THIS WEEK (ABC): Samantha Power - What an amusing name - considering the position
STATE OF THE UNION (CNN): Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair - just another Left wing Commie nut
I haven’t posted this in awhile, but thanks Alas for doing this so faithfully.
I’m not on your ping list. Don’t have to be. I know the Sunday Morning Talk Show thread will be there every week when I log into FR on Sunday morning.
Thank you!
I do not have a TV. You might wonder why a guy like me would be posting on a thread dedicated to TV shows.
First, that exactly what we have here, a bunch of TV shows. Nothing dramatic ever happens here. And that’s not a complaint.
Second, I can tell a lot about these shows just from reading comments from y’all that do watch these shows. For instance, it appears the “NEW” Meet the Press should have been called, “The F. Chuck Toss Sunday Morning Ego Affair.”
LOL I guess we still have the Caribbean basin season left and the storms that pop up off the cold fronts when they stall.
Todd asks his own questions too...which is good. It seemed (at times) like Gregory was getting his questions from his ear piece... and that he didn’t understand them. Dreadful.
Todd will get more relaxed with time... I think this is going to work.
Homeland Secretary Shows Little Concern Over Open Border Terror Threat

Johnson made the absurd argument that a legal process for citizenship would prevent terror infiltration and encourage terrorists to come forward and turn themselves in.
Fifty-One (51) comments....never have seen this number so low!!! Guess Sunday News Shows are dead-on-arrival with no viewers......BORING!!!
FGS! Dude!
WE LOVE YOU!!
F Chuck subtly injects little editorials in almost everything. I recall him discussing a huge “controversy” with Ted Nugent couple years back when he says “Ted Nugent, by the way, is a one hit wonder from 40 years ago.”
THANK YOU for your support.
I’m just happy you’re okay.
In the recent past you’ve posted earlier than that stated time and I was concerned that you might be ill or something. It wasn’t as much fun not having your usual post or comments last Sunday. I must have gotten off before our ping post. Sorry.
Morgan
