Same type of infection that got Jim Henssen, of The Muppet's. You go from perfectly fine to kidney failure in the matter of two days. Now whenever I get one of those little annoying hangnail thingies I apply antibiotic ointment to the finger and wrap it in a Band-Aid for 24 hours. Then before yanking it off I soak my fingers in betadine surgical scrub and then again after.
