What is strange about this story is that the firemen that should have been the experts involved, managed to pull off acting like the “hold my beer” guys, and the Captain killed himself through his own job work related incompetence.

The original concept was to make a challenge to someone to donate to the ALS foundation and those who chose not to would agree to have a bucket of ice dumped on their heads...........

So how it involved into idiots agreeing to have ice dumped on to their heads even if they agreed to donating to ALS, I have no idea...........
