I thought there were no chemical weapons or MWDs in Iraq. Will the president use the Bush excuse? Will Hans Blix (or is it Arns Bricks?) come out of retirement?
Chlorine isn't classified as a chemical weapon, as it is a universally available industrial chemical. It's a good way of inflicting terror, but isn't actually very deadly or effective (relative to other poison gases) - although blowing up a chlorine bomb in your face is not generally recommended (ask ISIS).
