Why aren’t Africans more evolved than Europeans?
The short version is because the Europeans had to PLAN for the cold...those that couldn't plan and make food stores, etc for the winter didn't make it.
Reduced vitamin D intake because of all the clothes to keep warm, caused them to turn White.
