Let's look at this a minute.

Sounds like Obama is miffed. As hard as he has tried the Republicans have not laid down and let him have his way with them. They have refused to be totally screwed.

So, we may not think Republicans are doing all they can to fight Obama, but obviously they are doing something right if Obama finds their "obstruction" on a level so high that it is higher than any other democratic president has ever received.

Now, it may be just a campaign ploy, but then again it might not be.
