Drugs are the cause. If the gringos weren't so insistent on getting high, stoned, whatever, and if they could FACE REALITY without the drugs, there would be NO MARKET for those Mexicali drogas.

The Mexican government ARE the cartel. So are all the governments south of our border. Without political backing there would BE no "cartel" in ANY country.

Supply and demand.
Americans NOT on drugs...WHAT a concept. The cartels would be forced " to get outta Dodge" for lack of demand.

You're thinking about the 1970’s.

In 2014, nationally, the Gringos are just 62% of all Americans.

In California and New Mexico, just 39%.

In Texas, just 44%.
