This past Wednesday night, Senator Ted Cruz did a courageous thing. He walked out on an audience that suddenly showed itself to be anti-Israel and even anti-Jewish. The dinner audience was part of a conference called In defense of Christianity, made up of mostly Middle Eastern Christian groups persecuted by Islamic jihadists. When he remarked that in this war against Islamic terror we need to stand with Israel and the Jewish people, he was booed repeatedly. Finally, Cruz said: If you cant stand with Israel and the Jewish people, I cannot stand with you. Good night and God bless, and he walked off the stage. Senator Cruz, like so many, did not come to this meeting realizing the difference between Middle Eastern Christians and those here in America who have been Israels biggest supports and our closest friends as Jews.
What is behind the anti-Israel, anti-Jewish attitudes of many Christians from the Middle East? It is because many are Arab and there is great anti-Semitism in the Arab world. Second: They live in Moslem dominated societies and are bombarded daily with anti-Jewish, anti-Israel propaganda. They soon accept the propaganda and begin purveying it themselves. While their religion is Christian, they, as Arabs and Middle Easterners, are culturally, attitudinally, and in ways of habit similar to Moslems in outlook. Many have family members married to Moslems.

Yup they are brainwashed
Anti-Semitism is common among middle eastern Christians. The world they live in is saturated with it. If its all you know, its what you will believe.
BTW, Jewish Heritage day at Comerica park in Detroit today for the game between the Tigers and Indians. Tigers manager Brad Ausmus and Ian Kinsler are Jewish.
Its a sad fact of reality that Christianity does not equal pro-Western civilization worldwide. 99% Catholic nations in South America are extremely anti-Israeli as are most of the super liberal European churches and obviously the Christians in the Arab world. Even in this country liberal domination are slowly becoming explicitly anti-Israeli.
Many of Hitler’s anti- Jewish congregation were professed Christians too. Professed that is. Not really I would guess.
Bravo for T.C.!
So, he walked out on a pack of Jew-hating Chrislamists.
Man bites dog?
They are Arabs first, Christians second. Blood is thicker than water.
It is the Evangelical churches in this country that is keeping support for Israel going.
Why? Because like so many Christians in this country and the World- They only call themselves Christians.
Me against my brother, me and brother against my cousin, me and my cousin and brother against the world.
God is just. This is endly badly for them all.
Praise God.
Why? Because they lose their land to Israeli settlements and border defenses and have to constantly have to put up with people like the young, Hasidic Israeli settler in the following video I am about to link. The video was shot by a British film crew doing a report on Christians near one of the Israeli settlements.
Of course, only a minority of Israeli people act like this, just like only a minority of Southerners joined the KKK. Still, it’s enough people like this to make life hell for Christians in Israeli and in the surrounding “Palestinian” areas.
(Warning: The language is extreme, and some pretty unpleasant things are said about Jesus. Keep in mind, this isn’t the only video like this out there, there are hundreds of them, depicting varying degrees of harassment, online.)

IDC, In Defense of Christians = IDC, Israeli Divestment Campaign
Claiming to defend Christians in the Middle East is an organizing technique, aimed at dividing US voters who support Israel from those who only want to support the Christians.
Years ago, while searching for a church, I visited a Presbyterian USA church. in the middle of the sermon, the pastor started ranting against Israel. It had no relevance to the rest of the sermon. Almost demonic.
Well we know what happened to this denomination later, ,may be a good warning sign.
They may call themselves Christians, though they're anything but.
It is difficult for Christians in this country to admit that Christians in the Middle East may have perfectly good reasons for disliking Jews.
This is similar to the way white Americans are denied the right to have perfectly valid reasons, based on personal experience, to dislike black people.
The question is, or should be, would white Americans or Middle Eastern Christians be justified in disliking a different group with which they had similar experience?
Sadly, every group has its fools who injure the groups reputation.
