What is needed is a nation that has the guts to start kicking out the muzzies. In addition, stop acknowledging islam as a religion and end any new mosque/terror hideout building.Getting rid of existing mosques will be more difficult but doable. That will set the pace for the rest of the world to be free of Mohammadism and the current style of terrorism.

The black-hearted center of islam (gates of Hell) is where the intense moslem-on-moslem eradication needs to take place.
Eradication then Irradiation.
Sounds relatively cheap and efficient.
