Well, there’s kissing, and there’s kissing. And were they still kissing when the police arrived, however many minutes later? And if so, would the police have challenged a white couple kissing in public for ten minutes or so? (I don’t expect a particularly fast response from police).
Were they? I doubt they stood there with their lips locked for 5 or 10 minutes.
