That’s what I think too.
I won’t believe this is for real until they ASK For my ID on Nov.4.

I think there will be an “emergency” stay put on this courtesy of the muslim Ishmael Ozanne, the DA in Madison.

I know Justice Kagan is assigned to the 7th Circuit.
If memory serves me, a Justice may grant a stay, but I don’t recall one ever lifting a stay.
If she were to try then I think it would cause her some problems with her colleagues on the SCOTUS.
I mean, there is precedent exactly on point that is only 6 years old, and the case was decided by a 6-3 majority (which included Stevens who is of course gone).
