our military will have the mission of turning away the dying and shoot those who refuse to obey orders or break quarantine or shoot those who try to storm facilities to loot them of drugs
what can possibly go wrong in such a humanitarian mission?
and of course we can presume our troops will be protected in full biohazard gear, designed for military operations in equatorial regions ...
