Bear in mind there's no cancelling a Facebook account. It's kinda like Hotel California by the Eagles:

You can check out any time you like
But you can never leave

I personally have no use for Facebook and consider it evil. But if you already have an account, I like the idea of using the account to fight against Zuckerberg and his "progressive" ideas.

Yes you can. My sister’s Facebook account was “deactivated” recently.
