James Zogby is on the board of IDC. He probably gave a ‘blame the Jews’ speech before Cruz spoke.

Dr. Zogby, in fact, did just that:

I am participating in the event both as an advisor to the group and a speaker. This could have been prevented if the Middle East joined the present world in 1920 and used their oil to make themselves a beacon to Muslims everywhere. But since Muslims overall have a divine death wish, they don’t build to and for the future.
