Re: Obama’s speech....
He didn’t say anything more than what is already known,...so this was likely just a PR speech...for whose benefit is questionable at best....few if any believe him, both here and abroad. Looks more to me like he’s stroking Muslim feathers more than anything else.

(no guarantees they’ll help...they ran before)

(simply more money and support to Muslim nations ...might be also re-staffing the Embassasy with the people he took out when this started)
