I went back and looked at video on cspan. Before he comes to podium there are left and right reflections of what appears to be TOTUS.
Where in the WH was he? He should have been at his desk in the Oval Office considering the threat to our National Security and tomorrow is 9/11, BTW. Or as he likes to call it a National Day of Service.
Bush used the Oval Office desk on 9/11, Obama found a place with a window behind him, sans desk. Not sure if coincidence or not.
