Obama says ISIL is not Islamic as “no religion condones killing innocents” or other Muslims. Um, Mr. President? They don’t consider them “innocents” per the Qur’an. If you don’t believe in Islam, you are guilty. And different Muslim SECTS do kill each other for not being “Muslim enough”. We twist in the wind trying to figure out which local Islamic sect to support, Sunni or Shi’ite; which is most “Moderate”? All sects believe in the Qur’an which uses Muhammad’s life in the 7th century as the perfect model to follow, even today. The Qur’an mandates slavery, subjugation of women, “convert or die”, and a totalitarian system. Just by being a Jew, Christian, Buddhist, Hindu, Atheist, Agnostic, people are consideted at War with Islam. The Qur’an is the exact word of Allah and can never be changed because Allah is perfect; to “update” the Qur’an implies Allah made some mistakes. If a Muslim suggests changes or questions the Qur’an, that Muslim is at risk of being declared a heretic and subject to death per Sharia law.
There is no moderate Islam. If “no religion condones killing innocents”, then Islam is not a religion. It’s a totalitarian cult and should be reclassified as such.
