I was thinking the same thing — where was he — on a sit-com set? Anyone know where he was?
In any case, poor optics for someone so concerned with “theater” ... And turning around on camera, walking away into the background – in most other Presidential addresses, they sit there while fading to black (without the look of constipation ;).
