My response to them: STOP BEING CRIMINALS, STOP STEALING, STOP BEING THUGS, WEAR YOUR PANTS CORRECTLY,JOIN CIVILISATION AT SOONEST POSSIBLE CONVENIENCE.
Doubt they will understand it, after all.. they can hear grass, can’t read cursive, and it is rasis to expect them to comply with social norms.
