It shows they don’t expect to have enough RINO votes in the House after the election.

This House election could be VERY good for conservatives.
Don’t want to count chickens before ... etc. But likely RINO losses and conservative wins are worrying the GOPE and that’s good news.

Work for a conservative House and you will be rewarded.

With great respect mrsmith, it was not that long ago the GOP held all three
branches of Government. And what did that get us? The largest spending
spree in US history at the time.
I believe you are right about why they are doing it, but the fact the leadership
is doing it should be of great concern to you. Unless you are thinking house
leadership will change with the new congress, it appears nothing has change or will change. It is not encouraging leadership from the GOP.

I just look at how far my state (MI) has come with a lot of RINOs in power. Sure I’d like to kick many of them in the ass about half the time but then I realize that those same RINOs forced RTW into law partly because we demanded it and partly in retaliation to the democrats attempt to give unions final say over the state constitution.

Better to have power and force change than to be out of power and watch things get worse by the day.

Some folks just derive their greatest joy in life from misery and those people are utterly useless.
