DO THIS NOW: Taxpayers should demand public scrutiny of all school documents for possible falsification (a felony).
Falsifying official documents involves altering, changing, or modifying a document for the purpose of deception.......can also involve forgery, and govt officials signing off on false documents, and passing them off as legitimate.
Falsifying documents is an abuse of a public position and might be considered "aiding and abetting" since falsification is usually done in connection with broader criminal aims, such as extortion, government fraud, tax evasion, money laundering, financing crimes against taxpayers, subsidizing gang activity, terrorism, etc........
Types of documents commonly falsified may include:
◾Tax returns and income statements
◾Personal checks
◾Bank account records
◾ School record keeping books
◾Immigration documents (such as visas, passports, etc.)
◾Identification cards and birth certificates
◾Applications for govt benefits.
Many different types of acts can be considered as falsifying a document, including:

School accountants, accounting firms and Legal entities could also be involved---every state has an agency to field complaints about accounting and legal malpractice ....as well as state banking and insurance complaint agencies.
Taxpayers need to find out which banks are facilitating this.
