The EPA last week started a rule-making process aimed at determining whether fast-growing carbon emissions from American aircraft endanger public health and welfare. Know what endangers public health and welfare? The regulatory flatulence being emitted by the intellectual cowpies at The EPA.

Great. Still want to convert pond scum into fuel, do ya, EPA?

Somebody needs to reign in the EPA. I realize that your importance in Washington depends upon the size of your agency and the number of people you direct, but the EPA is getting to the point where it is driving people into unemployment for very little margin benefit. Indeed, I have yet to see a cost/benefit study from the EPA for any of its rules and regulations. Congress has abdicated its responsibilities and is letting agencies create laws and regulations. Given that Congressmen aren’t doing their jobs, perhaps it’s time to fire the lot of them.

A full airliner has reasonable fuel per passenger mile (better the farther the distance). Considering the pricing of bus, train and plane travel has a large fuel component, most airline routes are competitive with trains although not with buses like the China town buses driven by unqualified drivers.

Kill the EPA. Drive a stake through it’s heart.
Then: Department of Education.

Let the EPA lead the way by walking everywhere they have to go on official business and personal travel. And if they want to visit Hawaii, after they walk from DC to San Francisco, they put on their swimming trunks and swim there. That way the only pollution will be their breathing and their bodies at the bottom of the ocean or as shark food.

OK, CARBON is not emitted, rather, CARBON DIOXIDE is emitted, a trace gas necessary for life on earth and certainly not a “pollutant”.

We need a Republican in the White House and Republican majorities in the Senate and the House. They must be Republicans with enough testicular fortitude to fire every one of these commie frijoles (keeping it clean) at the EPA and IRS. Every one of them!

In the minds, such as they are of Liberals an excuse, in place of a reason is necessary to initiate a process, therefore they establish a lawsuit by a leftist organization for the Leftist EPA of the Leftist Obama Administration to react to.
It’s all part of the holding hands, and dancing to and fro in the lovely green meadows in the minds of the brats known as Liberals. I’ve had the unfortunate experience of them.

So, using the EPA as a willing partner to force policy and law via regulations that are being forced upon us from more unelected marxists posing as environmentalists, is to go unchallenged by American citizens?

Oh, is THAT all?
These SOB’s won’t be happy until everyone is unemployed.
