The Kroger manager told police the store's surveillance video can only be accessed by "loss prevention" on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. WTF?

Fairly common for LP to be the only ones to access the DVRs. Though they normally had a after hours on call person for emergencies.

It means the site supervisor does not trust his officers to bring the tapes up. I have two guys that I don’t let play with the cameras. Unless you are a supervisor of people these days you have no idea how bad it is.

Kroger needs to hand that manager his pink slip. No, sir, that video will be turned over to the police immediately. No ifs, ands or buts.
